No letter has the value 9. In the tradition, 9 is treated as special and is left out of the letter table, although a total can still reduce to 9.

Compound numbers
Chaldean readings give weight to the two-digit total before it is reduced. Cheiro’s 1926 book lists meanings for compound numbers from 10 to 52, and many modern practitioners follow his list. The single digit is read as the core meaning and the compound as extra detail.
Chaldean numerology traditionally uses the name you are known by now, not necessarily your birth name, which is why it is popular for name changes and business names.
Is Chaldean numerology really from ancient Babylon?
The Chaldeans were a people of southern Babylonia, famous in the ancient world for astronomy and astrology. The numerology named after them, though, has no known Babylonian source: Babylonian texts did not use the Latin alphabet, and historians have not found the letter table in any ancient record.
